Event Information

This event runs from 11:30AM until 4:30 PM. An event map and final headcount will be provided by the event coordinator prior to the event.

Needed in Advance

Below we’ve outlined the documents we need from you, and provided a form to submit documents.

You can submit up to 5 documents at a time!

  • Download the Maine Vendor Agreement

    Sign it and submit the document here

    Pay the $150 deposit

    • Create a copy of your general liability insurance and submit the document here

      • Note: Each vendor, at its own cost, will provide PoutineFest USA with a Certificate of Liability insurance naming PoutineFest USA and Forefront Brick South, LLC as Additional Insured under said policy for the Maine PoutineFest event of September 14th, 2024.

      • Said general liability policy must provide coverage against loss or damage by fire, claims for personal injury or property damage with limits of at least Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) for bodily injury (including death)  and Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand ($750,000.00) for property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by any act or omission of the Vendor, any of its employees, agents, representatives or guests, during the event.

      • State License for Kitchen/Restaurant

      • City/Town License for Kitchen/Restaurant

Needed at the Event

We’ve worked hard with our sponsors to provide you with a lot of the things you’ll need to make your poutine day of the event! There are also some things you’ll want to bring.

    • $825 to offset all food and labor costs

    • 45 lbs of Pineland Farms Dairy Cheese Curds

    • McCrumm French Fries

    • Tent for serving

    • Reserved Parking, paid for first vehicle

    • Crowd control barriers

    • Portland Permit paid for

    • Napkins, plastic forks, French fry boats

    • 1 40lb Fryer

    • Propane

    • Access to electric

    • Trash removal and oil disposal

    • Gravy, cooking oil, and any other ingredients for 4 oz samples for all attendees

    • Additional 6 ft tables as needed

    • 25 - 50 ft power cords

    • Equipment for cooking poutine, serving utensils, storage, etc.

    • Cleaning solutions and materials for work area

    • Tablecloth and/or any décor for the vendor’s individual table

      • Great opportunity to show off promotional materials!
